NovaAPI Hub is an independent software service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, or other third-party AI providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share your API credentials with unauthorized persons.
You must comply with applicable laws and the policies of relevant third-party AI providers. You may not use NovaAPI Hub for illegal activities, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malware, or other harmful activities.
Customers purchase usage credits for use on the service. Credits are consumed according to API usage and the applicable pricing displayed by NovaAPI Hub.
API requests may be processed by third-party AI service providers. Their availability, limitations, pricing, and policies may affect the service.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for particular purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating generated content before relying on it.
Refund requests will be considered according to the circumstances of the transaction and applicable law. Fraudulent or abusive transactions may be excluded.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, network failures, or third-party service interruptions.
NovaAPI Hub and its original software, branding, documentation, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaAPI Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service.
